Over the course of his career, he has held senior finance roles, including Controller of a North American subsidiary of New Wave Group AB, where he oversaw multi-entity reporting, operational accounting, ERP implementations, and board-level financial planning. At SevenHomes, Karl focuses on building strong financial infrastructure, supporting operational efficiency, and ensuring long-term stability as the company grows. Outside of work, he enjoys bike rides with his daughter.
